We hope you love your Mamaku products. But if for any reason if you are unhappy with the product or it has been damaged in transit, please contact us directly on info@mamakuskin.com so that we can best help you.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your item/s for a difference product, please contact us directly on info@mamakuskin.com.
Please note shipping costs for returning items are at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of first time purchase shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We strongly recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We only offer refunds on full priced items, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note items must be in original condition, with packaging fully intact to be eligible for a return.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
