Mamaku Skin is a New Zealand-based natural skincare brand, passionate about creating science-backed solutions for real skin concerns like eczema, psoriasis, and sensitive skin. We're on a mission to grow our online presence and connect authentically with our audience, and we’re looking for a talented Content Creator to join our team!

About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Content Creator to help us expand our online presence and connect authentically with our audience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating engaging content, understands the power of storytelling, and is comfortable being the face of a brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand content pillars.
• Manage and grow the brand’s TikTok account, creating a strategy to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Film, edit, and deliver content for TikTok, Instagram, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Ideate and execute content concepts that align with current marketing trends and are proven to drive eCommerce sales.
• Travel to our Hamilton head office (at least once a month) or other locations to film content as needed.
• Optimize content for cross-channel performance while ensuring it aligns with the brand’s voice and tone.
• Collaborate with influencers and UGC creators, overseeing outreach, content briefs, and product dispatch.
• Develop assets to support paid advertising channels.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a similar content creation role, ideally in an eCommerce or social media-focused environment.
• Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand authentically.
• Strong understanding of results-driven content strategies, especially for eCommerce.
• Experience managing and scaling TikTok accounts with a proven track record.
• Intermediate to advanced video editing skills (essential)
• Videography skills (advantageous).
• Must be located in Hamilton or Auckland with the ability to travel as needed.
• Independent, trend-savvy, and able to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
